I like this argument about how long it takes to recover from something in a world where balls dissapear, multiply etc, where people slide on courts, jump 5 meters in the air and do all kind of crazy stuff, but at the same time get heavily injured by adding spin on ball )))
Honestly, Tezuka took awhile to recover from the injuries that his moves bring. Remember this camp has gone on for approx. 8-9 days.
Since The Black Jersey guys returning happened the second day.
So all this quick and rushed-action that SPoT brings will pass by an injured Niou I believe. I could be wrong as like you say, PoT lacks logic heavily.
But Kawamura and Gin were still in bandages days after their match. Tezuka wasnt in a position to have a match anytime soon. Niou is in a worse state than against when Tezuka was in after losing to Atobe. Tezuka took the whole Regionals to get better. That is weeks and weeks lol.
