where are you going? finally renting an apartment and living on your own?
why do you need to move with your data though, when you can bring your machine?
mapapamura ka sa 3G network dito sa lugar namen. shet. globe network (tattoo and hell, even their phone network) isn't working, smartbro's like commuting to my place from the nearest bastion of civilization - once in a while you see a mode of transport to fins out, alas, even the rooftop is filled with passengers.
on the plus side... THERE IS NO PLUS SIDE x(
oh wait... i'm very, very far away (am now HARD TO REACH) from ms. friendzoner/former best friend. does that count?
what, don't tell me you're inconveniencing yourself just because of a girl?
*eats chocolate cake express-delivered from lover*
not actually inconvenienced by it, just not adapted yet.
and i'm just looking at an upside of all this.
how old was that chocolate cake again? a week?
feb. 14, so like, 6 days? lol.
okay pa naman e, cakes can last a long time you know. And I sort of like, had to eat it - i don't enjoy sweets much.
switched from Firefox to Chrome a few hours ago. didn't know they could import pretty much everything (including settings and download managers and download options and download and browser history and passwords- like, everything!) so you could make the switch without any hassle. I guess they had to do that to swipe people from firefox. It was the only reason I was sticking to firefox anyway- because I thought switching to a new browser felt like switching from windows to Mac, you know? But it was surprisingly easy.
anyway, recently I'd been having trouble loading videos (when it wasn't a problem before). That urged me to switch browsers to see if there were any changes. do you have some 2 cents on this my techie gurus???
in other news, the NPA attacked my hometown and destroyed some public property - and burned some trucks and a gas station and whatnot. Jesus. Like, just tonight- and they just released the clear signal for people from the offices to go home (that included my mom- who saw the entire action from her office window).
re: browser business
firefox started that import everything over trend, back when it was them, internet explorer, and some shit called netscape navigator. chrome just took the best from everyone else and mashed it up.
re: NPA business
looks like some campaigning politicians didn't give money to pacify them. and they're still saying they're rebels, not terrorists? any organized armed group whose sole purpose is to extort money and destroy property are certainly labeled as terrorists.
OMG netscape. -_-
uy may net ka na!
so... got any advice on how to speed up videos? di naman kasi ganito dati- even at 1.5MBps there was supposedly no waiting time when buffering videos. ngayon it takes forever to even start loading. (I mean, the rest of the page loads but the video itself just goes in eternal circles 98% of the time )
re: NPA oo nga I always thought our hometown was pretty safe because it's private property of Del Monte Phil. and pretty much under tight security. Apparently the NPA had been asking for "revolutionary tax" from the company for quite a while now and the company just won't have it. So maybe to harass the company they went straight inside and started shooting and burning stuff. I mean, they didn't harm anyone in the houses but there were casualties in the company as they were barricaded and trapped inside.
maybe some add-ins are causing it. try loading your browser to safe mode or inprivate. or update your flash player. hope this helps.
says my flash is updated.
okay so apparently it's not only me with the youtube problems. youtube wants to conserve bandwidth so they only load videos in full if you don't pause them or something to that effect.
I still have a problem with Speedy joe though. I wonder if you guys are familiar with that? used to be the fastest anime and drama stream out there.
i'm having that problem too, good thing i have a very, very short patience about loading things. i thought, 'fuck this video tutorials, gonna find me some old-fashioned html documents about this!'
i have to be outside the house, face the direction of the town proper (which is behind the road-facing side of the house), and expose myself to numerous winged creatures i don't even know what to call.
heck last night there was this flying thing that's making the lightsaber sound. WHOOOOOMP WHOOOOMP.
