Things will get better from here - plot wise , things pick up fast I believe.
Other then the the Sugu liking her cousin and that one dude trying to marry an unconscious woman I think this arc is pretty good. It isn't better than the first arc but meh
One man trying fuck a comatose woman and an incest?
Yes, it's exactly the kind of stuff I deeply look forward every week of my life.
Didn't like much ep 18.
The only good thing was Kirito taking a huge sword which looks like the one Guts owns in Berserk, this with the black outfit. I hope we'll have some real good fight to make up for.
I usually enjoy pervert character in manga or anime but this bad guy is pervert the "wrong way" somehow...
I think SAO lacks from not being SAO. It's as simple as that. The whole concept of SAO was what made it epic. The scenario of being trapped in a game where it's literally game over if you die. It gives a whole other perspective to everything. Why people choose to open shops and help a community, why people fall in love, why people choose to fight, basically how people choose to live. It focuses on a life's value. When the aspect of loss is removed things just get dull. In a sense characters like Kirito now have plot armor that exceeds the normal level of plot armor that main characters normally wear. There's no risk to anything he's doing except "losing time". On top of that we're thrown a very generic plot of "princess needing rescue", a super creepy villain and an incredibly awkward situation that rises due to Kirito's sister.
SAO doesn't feel like SAO anymore, and that's the problem really.
The thing you guys are just discovering is the problem with ALO and GGO. Only when we get to
Well, although this arc is not as good as the first one, it's not that bad.
Sure, there's a lot of cliche, and weird ones, but it's still enjoyable.
I don't understand why everyone hates Leafa so much.
What's wrong with her?
PS: I really thought she knew that Kirito in-game was her brother...
I'm surprised she didn't know.
Well one thing is for sure: This is the most discussed series on MH since Code Geass five years ago and the third most discussed anime only series
For that alone I'm glad, I never would have thought that the series would gain such a huge amount of popularity here
I really don't hate Leafa. It's just that her monologues about her very petty problems are not why I want to watch the show- the feeling I get whenever she starts talking about her goddang crush would be "who gives a f*ck"?
