The fight was very nice to watch. However, since this is just a game with no death penalty, I can't help but feel whenever I see characters being that upset as if their life is on the line. Well at least Eugene being grateful for the fight afterwards made things less ridiculous.
Yeah I agree Gats, I thought it was kinda fail when they started talking about that stuff too. I guess it's supposed to be symbolic or whatever but yeah.
Pro: Asuna is damn sexy.
Contra: Wut? No impact in anything. Kiritos behavior just annoys me. Way is he even able to do dual wielding again?
SAO had a deep impact because of the cage they were living in. This is just MMORPG (I don't mean MMORPGs in particular but ALO is downright stupid) nonsense paired with fanservice. =/

YES!!! She isn't the vice-commander next to the GOD ADMIN in SAO for nothing!!!!
Realx guys - the plot will keep picking up. There is a plot to this after all and the goal right now is to get to Asuna and free here.
I think SAO 20 is not as bad as previous episodes (the fight was quite awesome, IMO, since we got to see Kirito's two-handed fighting skill again), although the fan service at the end of the episode made me a bit bleeergghhh and o_O. Kirito is acting nice as usual, but I wonder how long has it been since he signed up into the game. It feels like it has been at least 2-3 days minimum. At least Asuna finally did something, so the "party" will be delayed a bit. Let's see who's faster.
On a side note, I like the backsound musics of this episode. Kajiura-sensei rocks.
Kagemune (the salamander guy) said that his party was defeated by Kirito yesterday, and this is the first thing he did when he logged in.
So, he's still has 5 days left to save Asuna, 6 even if we count the day that isn't over yet.
Although, from the looks of things, Asuna might not need to be saved after all!
I hope the story will move on quicker onwards. The whole episode has only few seconds of thrill and that is when we saw the dual wield techniques.
but that's always how SAO has been.
You keep hoping to see "sword art" the entire series but hey, you only actually get a glimpse of it for a few seconds per two episodes lol.
Not what I imagined. I had hoped for insane sword techniques but its not the case. Anyway, the next episode may have more to offer. Asuna made a bold move. It would be interesting.
Anyway I've read a little of ALO
and I didn't expect how slow they would drag this out. -_- Considering how fast the SAO arc was built. How many seasons of anime are they planning to take this??
Aside from the fan service that shows up every now and then, I feel like I'm the only one still enjoying this anime.
