If they do not care about humans, why send over the technology? To save only earth itself (which could potentially be their alternative 'territory')?
Also, the is no alternative for what: aliens or that creature (in invading earth)?
I wonder what the creature's real motives are.
This chapter is very interesting!
^Maybe they just hate the giants and wanted to stop them.
This is a very interesting chapter and I would have never predicted something like this, the whole alien speech is kind of cliche with the whole humans are bastards/trash though.
Since we were a weaker race / planet - they sent the technology in advance... IDK ]- I suppose the alines just wanted to defeat the giants or didn't want to see earth/planet become in ruins or sth like that.
So that alien is border patrol for aliens in general? I don't really understand the cliche of it not liking humans, since what it's doing is similar to what the humans are doing in general with aliens, animals, and their people.
I hope in the next chapter someone questions these aliens about this motive they have for aliens in general, or the fact they're so cool with us humans killing these aliens that landed on earth when it's their job on immigration.

Why would they get involved after stating they don't give a fuck about us?
Is it to destroy the giants? If they managed to repel them it shouldn't be difficult to destroy them. Easier to do it themselves than to spend 30 years preparing the humans for the job?
Or maybe there is another reason? I don't know. Still doesn't make a whole lot of sense just yet.
Regardless of their current involvement with the giants there's still the question of why they have all these different things popping up in their faces/stomachs from Earth's history.
That's what I don't understand, there's always a cause and effect so their reason for picking earth can't just be "because we can". Also, I think the whole multi face thing is to relate to them or to make them feel comfortable when asking questions.
Gantz isn't some mercenary entity but in the end humanity was used as a proxy war on intergalactic scale.
Finally the dark human nature of the series is explained to it's full extent, the game was always a human evil but the machinery was made by some entity with power that bars that of the giants.
Humans are nothing more than tools to fuck up other alien species, they wanted the migrants dead and for that reason Earth was armed to keep the giants afloat until extinction.
It's a mutilated body that shapeshifted into Hitler.. if it intended to make people more comfortable about asking it questions it was probably going about the wrong way.
Anyway, the reason they gave earth the Gantz tech apparently(!) is to allow them to defend against the giants who were already on their way over here.
So, why do they want to protect us? Well they just said they don't care either way whether we live or die, so that can't be the reason
Why then are they so interested in the giants? Or is it Earth? Do they have something planned for humans or the planet that doesn't require any value for human life? Apparently they don't have the capacity for sympathy anyway so there must be a good reason.
That page with the Miichael Jackson / Bill Gates face there is this line (wich i suppose it's in Korean) that i can't translate with the google translator, its above the chinese one.
Anyone can help?

I have a hard time believing the giants were the strongest race though. Could you imagine the damage that the Italy aliens could do if you set them loose on the giants? As far as we know the giants don't have anything that can even hurt them.
Apparently it's not working.
So what's next?
Where's the OMFG twist?
Besides, aliens didn't explain why Tae had a plotshield...
^Tae is the alien Jesus!
Seriously, we are talking about a cold war here.
The giants and the guys behind Gantz must be enemies from a long time, even without emotions you can say there is purpose in weakening the opposing faction by all means necessary.
The thing is, the Gantz race probably judged that if the alien got themselves a new planet they would have the resources to come after them later so it was beneficial for them to arm Earth and harass the giants as much as possible.
They never cared wheter humanity died or not, they just wanted to make sure all rival species were left on a state incapable of threatening the one which created Gantz.
As for comparing the Rome aliens with the giants that is unfair because the greek gods are individually monstrous but they aren't a whole civilization for that matter, they might wack a lot of giants but would eventually lose to their numerous and organized army.
The thing is that the Gantz species needed a proxy war to prevent the giants from settling and gaining further strenght, they could not go toe-to-toe with the giants because that would lead to mutual assured destruction so they choose to turn Earth into galactic Vietnam and twart the giants plans.
Since the giants planned to colonize Earth, they wouldn't blow it up but if the Gantz species intervened there would be galactic WMD involved and all three species would die.
Another possibility is that the Gantz species lack the technology to travel long distances in space, this would tie in with the fact they transmitted their technology in data form (can travel at light speed) and hence all humanity had to do was build their own alien weapon with a "for Dummies" guidebook.
As far as we know the teleporting technology they use to rematerialize themselves elsewhere could have a short range on planetary terms, the space around Earth is where people can pe transported and revived but if you go further the technology becomes useless.
