ANJell? from the drama "You're Beautiful"? The one where a nun crossdresses as a male rock star to cover for her twin brother's disappearance?
The premise of that series was indeed funny. And the characters became cute as the story progressed. But in general I don't like gender-benders, so it didn't leave a lasting impact on me.
hahahaha the screams of the girls!
It's been televised here in the Philippines, and my friends recommend it a lot, but I didn't budge lol. I was still (at the time they were telling me to watch it) watching Wild Romance and would not accept watching any other show at the moment. haha.
you're talking about secret garden?
I'm just finished with Boys on the Run. In some ways it's different compared to the manga, but nonetheless it's a funny and good series. Not to mention Taira Airi is just . She is getting more beautiful after 20th Century Boys.
No offense to Secret Garden's fans, of course, since I just couldn't really like the plot. It involves soul transfer between bodies, right? I don't know why but it feels as if magical, fantasy things don't really work well in live-action, real-time drama. XDD I have a hard time understanding it. XDDD So I decided not to check Secret Garden, although Ha Ji Won and the male lead are actually promising.
With "Faith" ending next week, I’ve picked another K-drama to satisfy my drama craving. The K-drama is called “My Girlfriend Is a Nine-Tailed Fox.” I’ve watched 3 episodes so far and I’m already sold on this series! The acting and the OST are great! The story…it has a lot of fantasy elements but I like it. Below is a little bit more about this drama:
While the synopsis was enough to pique my interest, what really made me want to check out this series is the amount of recognitions it received.
• 2010 SBS Drama Awards: Best Actor - Drama Special - Lee Seung Gi
• 2010 SBS Drama Awards: Best Actress - Drama Special - Shin Min Ah
• 2010 SBS Drama Awards: Best Couple Award (Lee Seung Gi and Shin Min Ah)
• 2010 SBS Drama Awards: New Star Award - (No Min-woo)
• 2010 SBS Drama Awards: Top 10 Stars - (Lee Seung Gi and Shin Min Ah)
• 8th USTV Awards: Best Foreign Drama
“To receive that many awards…it must be something worth watching”, that’s what I thought so I decided to check out and I’m glad I did.
Will someone recommend me some great k-dramas that are on Netflix or Crunchyroll?
I checked that "My Girlfriend is a Gumiho" trailer and it looks interesting, even if I'm not into fantasies...
I have watched 7 episodes so far and I have enjoyed watching them all. The story is very similar to
I like the protagonists of this K-drama very much; they are so cute and funny. Now, while I do like the male lead, he is cute and I like the way in which . His character intrigues me and he is so hot!! He is very handsome, and even though his feminine features bothered me a bit at the beginning now I’ve learned to appreciate them.
I’m really enjoying this K-drama and I’m looking forward to episode 8.
hmm I'm trying to look for streaming links. The one I usually go to has broken links
