Awesome. ^ w ^ I'm glad there's a place to discuss the latest chapters that have yet to be translated, especially considering how much has happened. I'm itching to discuss with people their thoughts on these recent events, particularly with the present situations. ^^
Same here. By the way, here is the link for the chinese Scanlation of the current chapter: 154.
The first page shows characters that appear after the Balbadd arc, do you think it would mean that the anime will be definitely more than 26 episodes?
Post edited so I wouldn't doublepost.
Also about the anime, I saw on the Magi anime forum at sense-scans that there will be a new character and the first few episodes might be altered in some way, have there been any clarification on something like that since I wasn't able to find any?

No, all those characters appear before/during the Balbadd arc, including Hakuryuu Ren.
If the other Generals were there, we can know for sure that they would cover something after Balbadd; otherwise, all clues have just been up to Balbadd so far...
Youre right I re-read certain parts and realized my post was not vaildated well enough...sry.
I found this site containing Chinese scanlations...
Too bad I can't read Madarin
anyway, enjoy http://www.dm5.com/manhua-modi-magi/
Raw of ch. 158 looks very interesting, Magnushat might be the country of the worst form of slavery (human batteries!) but (according to translation) their leader is not an evil person...their doctrine must be very twisted for even nice people like him and that SM teacher to do such cruel things
That elder or old man, or the leader of the Magnoshuttat must be a gentle person... or not?
It's clear that Aladdin only saw white rukhs, but I'm still troubled with that last page. It seemed that Aladdin's shocked about the old man's declaration.. (man, I can't wait for that chapter to be translated!)
^ Well, Moganett's words really hit Aladdin.. since he just a few chapters back thought the excact words himself (that he's different from the others).. though, in Moganett's case, I suspect he really is discriminating non-magicians... maybe he only emits white rukh when talking about magicians? o.o I'm super-excited for next chapter, I'm intruiged by what he's going to say!
Or maybe, he can manipulate his rukh, to as such that when there's a magi, the magi will only see white rukHs so that he will consider Moganett can be a king candidate.
^ That's also a possibility. That would be kind of disturbing at least to Aladdin, since he's used to be able to "read" people through their rukh..
well aladdin couldnt find out about simbat's black rukh either
I don't know thats how black and white rukh work, people attract rukh through their actions and when giving into anger and hatred.
Magi can use Rukh that is most suited for them (Aladdin white, Judal black)
Cassim and the people of Balbadd attracted it bc they where so desperate in changing their country they gave into their anger.
Sinbad has both types of Rukh in him bc he is both good and evil as shown in his machiavellian believes and actions.
But even a good and rightous person could do horrid things if he thinks it is right. The leader most likely
does not attract black rukh as he does not see the evil in his actions and teherfore does not harbour any evil emotions in him.
chapter 159 is out!!!
Hmmm, another interesting chapter huh
it looks like Matal Moganett would like to start a war between other countries...
and it looks like there's a little flashback about his past. That little girl, must be his daughter or little sister, reminds me of Aladdin for some reason
