I remember the last time OP/Naruto/BLEACH where released the same month.. Can't remember when it was but they sold just fine.
Hunter X Hunter
Kuroko no Basket (or the next manga that gets heavilly popular)
get released in the same month, then that'd be interesting.

Yeah I don't get it, because one month might be overcrowded in releases, there will be an over-saturation of manga? It makes no sense.
Am I the only one who found Assassination Classroom's volume cover #1 quite refreshing and cool, but now #2 done in a similar fashion looks awfully boring and uncreative?
Is it possible a significant number of people will only limit themselves to a few out of the total volumes to be released per month to save money or something, or is that too negligible a factor to consider because they'll stick with all of them no matter how they're grouped on release?

Jump Comics tankobon usually cost 420 Yen, less than $5 US each. The current exchange rate is 85.77 Yen to $1.
What a disaster it would be if Jump Comics not only had to worry about competing with other publishers, but had to worry about losing sales to their own series. Not everything is a zero sum game. Buying a copy of One Piece does not necessarily take away from Naruto, buying Naruto might not take away from Assassination Classroom, buying Assassination Classroom probably won't effect Nisekoi's sales. They don't even necessarily have the same fandom. Fans of one might not buy the other no matter when they are released. And anyone Otaku enough that they'd want to buy them all would find away to do it, even if they all go on sale the same day.

Neat. Gintama's got a high ranking, which is nice to see.
Hungry Joker, not doing so well. 6th from the bottom on the first ranking isn't great. But maybe it'll survive? We'll see.
It says Aruberi to Awarena Akumatsuki is 47 pages right?
EDIT: Nvm it is 47 pages

Nice TOC. I had a feeling Hungry Joker wouldn't have a good first ranking, hope it improves. AC is still killing it. Bleach being 8th am, ok with that. Rise Kurogane, get your ass out of the bottom 5.

Shokugeki no Soma has a few chapters to go and then it will get ranked or is this it's ranking?
