You can't compare that though. Magellan's offense is probably one of the best - he poisons his opponents. He can have horrible defense but still be one of the deadliest fighters.
When was Shiki brought down by Luffy? I don't remember that.
But Blackbeard has two of the strongest Devil Fruit. Though granted, Luffy did land at least one punch in when they met at Impel Down. but I can't see anyone else being the final villain when Blackbeard caused Ace's death by capturing him and handing him over to the Marine. Akainu killed Ace, but he did it for his harsh view of justice, which doesn't necessarily make him the bad guy.
We think the Marine is automatically bad because they go against the main characters, Strawhat Pirates. But in real world, they'd be seen as good guys for the most part while SHP would be initially thought of as a bad group. Blackbeard is apparently evil, willin to kill his own nakama and former nakama, as well as his former commander that he used to respect. Even Akainu apparently showed Aokiji mercy.
I don't care if Blackbeard even has 5 of the strongest devil fruits in the manga. Give him 10 if you like. If he still has the speed, endurance and strength of a rookie then it's just Luffy vs 10 strong devil fruits and past it he's vulnerable. Magellan included. Of course that doesn't make them any weaker than someone who focuses on close combat. Both will just fight completely differently, where one avoids exchanging physical blows while the other prefers it. Luffy is the type that prefers fighting in close quarters and I think a fight against someone of his level or above that fights similarly will make for a better fight than one where he's endlessly trying to overcome the ability. In my opinion, some of the most annoying and uninteresting fights in the manga were the ones where the crew have had to fight hax abilities. It's all cool and epic when the broken abilities are being showcased like with Law against Vergo, but it aint as exciting when the crew are the ones fighting it. Foxy for example: He's as weak as they come but he was able to just noro noro the shit out of Luffy to almost win the fight. Who can honestly say they enjoyed that fight or thought it was a better fight than Luffy vs Lucchi?
The manga isn't about Luffy getting revenge for Ace's death. At this point, he doesn't even care if he ever sees Blackbeard again, so the fact that Blackbeard was part of a chain of causes for Ace's death is no reason for him to be the final villain at all. The fact that he too wants to become the pirate king is even a better reason than that. With all the underlining themes in One Piece, something like revenge is at the very bottom of the list. Revenge will only serve as a motivation for Luffy but is really insignificant in the grand scheme of the things.
The manga is and has always been about finding One Piece, and the world government happen to be the ones directly in contention of that. They are Luffy's natural enemy. When Luffy finally finds One Piece and becomes the pirate king, who do you think will be first at his doorstep ready to challenge him? A pirate named Blackbeard whom we met half way through the story and is only one of Luffy's many rivals or the world government who are the lone force dedicated to stopping all prospective pirates and are most afraid of someone finding One Piece?
The Rio Poneglyph (which is said to contain the true history of the blank century) is also on the last island of the Grand line, and the World Government have been shown to destroy an entire island just because there were some professors there researching about its content. So a pirate actually reaching the last island will surely make him the World Governments biggest concern at that point. The Blackbeard pirates are only important as a pirate rival. They will be an obstacle, yes, but they're nowhere near important or even developed enough for that matter to be the last villains Oda has the straw hats fight at the end. Whitebeard mentioned the world government being afraid of the big war that will engulf the world when someone finds One Piece (which we know will be Luffy). That to me would be a far better conclusion to the story than some silly revenge fight.
yeah an average rookie can take twice the amount of demage a fullpowered quake bubble + several shock waves (sengoku) inflict and still be able to fight
come on man he took GOLD ROGERS son down with only raw physical power

You should give him more credit, the guy is a beast, he's a tank with some really great physical power, he was close to finish the fight with two punches if Ace didn't use his Fire spear technique
BB is not responsible for ACE's death he is responsible for capturing ACE nothing else . also BB didnt go after ACE he come after BB and he come alone so what ever happen to ACE is his own responsibility. as BB killed one man on WB's ship he didnt kill him in anger or any other thing he kill him because he want DF nothing else. he is just evil like no2, crocodile, nico robin and others. if BB have meat kid, law or any other SN before ACE he would have capture them. capturing ACE is not personal for BB
final enemy will be Gorosei and i dont think they r politician like real worlds i think they r more powerful then "red dog" Akainu/Sakazuki.
they r going to become final enemy was final from first episode. every time anime start we see Roger's last world and everyones wish one piece that we know when that will find it will be pirate vs WG all out war going to happen and after that end

Like I said, the Gorosei will be the last boss, IMO.
Although, usually there's only 1 big boss...
Seeing how there's 5 of them, I think that either they themselves have a boss, or 1 of them is much more powerful and the leader of the Gorosei.
If Blackbeard didn't capture Ace, then Ace wouldn't have been imprisoned and as result, killed by Akainu to protect Luffy. Like it or not, Blackbeard did start the chain of events that led to Ace's death, although as said, it was Ace himself who went after Blackbeard and was adamant on fighting him.
I think Gorosei being the last boss could work as well. Each of them could have their own abilities and take on SHP. One Gorosei can be a swordsman and take on Zoro, another could be a former chef or something and take on Sanji, etc etc.
