I watch Super Bowl mainly for those high-budget commercials though, and probably the concert
I don't care about the commercials much this year
During the games yesterday Mercedes and Budweiser ran advertisements for their Super Bowl advertisements. It was all very post-modern. Marshall McLuhan would have been proud.Quote:

Though...I thought the Budweiser ad was related to the Halftime Show considering I'm pretty sure that was Beyonce's lower half and her husband is endorsed by them and has a pretty cool commercial already...but then I remembered that Pepsi is sponsoring it, so not sure.
I've seen a few ads teasing products not revealed until a later ad, but never anything like Mercedes advertising that the full ad is "February 3rd". Pepsi is sponsoring the halftime show, I'm not sure if Bud is involved. That did look Beyonce, no doubt.

Not sure what it has to do with beer, but it still left an impression in me so I guess that's worth something.
