Back to her spot as 4th Squad Captain. No more fighting.
She will get to fight a Quincy and show us what that Bankai is.
She will be given an off-paneled victory against the Quincy the way Kenpachi was given.
Training is not over yet. She will heal herself to showcase more skills.
Training is not even started yet. They will now begin working on sword styles.
Well, if Zaraki really has that much joy in fighting Unohana, I doubt, he'll settle in letting her just die.
Maybe she'll come back as a reanimated Juha Bach-Zombie. Chin up folks.
Her Bankai...no explanation...
Just...WHAT?!!!!! Skeletons, body disintegrating, what the heck is going on? And why the heck did she just give up like that?
Kubo you jackass, I trusted you! Redeem yourself in the next chapter!
God damn it Kubo...
Wait a god damn minute. She melted him? Did that happen? How come by the end of the chapter she doesn't seem to be using Bankai anymore? I'm very confused.
DA FUUUQ cannot express my flustration. Seriously, it is as if Kubo specifically tries to irritate the fans.
As far as I understand, Minazuki is some kind of acid mist, which melts both the user and his foe, that's why Unohana had to perfect her healing jutsu, pardon, kidou. At least, this is the most interesting concept I can come up, because the actual chapter explains nothing
So, it's not a done deal yet...
That's it. I've finally ran out of words to describe my thoughts on this chapter...
God damn it! I'm a very big fan of Bleach and I don't criticize it easily but:
This chapter was by far the worst of the entire arc. The absolute worst.
We get Unohana's bankai but no explanation.
Unohana just freaking gives up towards the end.
Where the effing hell is her Bankai at the end?
I don't give a rats ass about "not having 2 Kenpachis in 1 Era." HELLO? YOU TWO HAVE BEEN LIVING IN THE SAME FREAKING ERA FOR HOW LONG NOW?
Grow up Unohana.
Damn it, I'm pissed now....

Rule of iron: don't use poetry in your shonen manga. Don't try to do something even a little higher than the clichéd whacky training. Don't try to exploit the medium you are working to its full extent, making use of the space as a narrative tool. Don't for the love of Zeus, try to be subtle and meaningful.
People will hate you.
So why did she commit suicide? Her bankai literally sucks the life out of people, so that would have been enough to fully "awaken" Kenpachi, but then she just stood there and took the sword to the heart. I guess she must have been to excited to remember that the Gotei is at war and it would be better for her to remain alive.
