I bought it, since I couldn't wait for it to come out in english, even if it they say it's a mediocre game. But I can only understand a few things since my translation skills are poor, and I'm actually stuck so, : to everyone who wants to buy it in Japanese and they only know a minimal amount of Japanese, with very little Kanji skills, I don't suggest you buy it.
grr the 30 second movie thing wouldnt load so i went on youtube and watched it there >.<
it looks cool! i love the idea of having to draw symbols to attack, i dont know why a load of people where spamming the video saying that it was stupid?!?
Hello every body ^^
I want this game even if I don't have Nintendo DS
I'll buy Nintendo DS just to buy the game & just for my Allen-kun
for me I prefer it in japanese because I like the original voices even if I didn't understand well ^^"
this is D.Gray-Man Nintendo DS commercial in YouTube,, watch it ^^
I edited the title of this thread to include all D.Gray-man video games. Anyway, here is a small camshot of the PS2 game:
It looks like the game will reach the Ark arc. Hopefully it will be better than the DS game. ^^
I hope it's a fighting game...
PS2 won't die...first Persona 3 FES, then Persona 4 and now this ^^
Komani has updated its website with more information about the game.
The game will be out on September this year and will include a drama CD. Based on the screenshots, it appears that the game is a rpg and maybe a visual novel as well (Someone who knows Japanese can clarify this info).
Welll, the screenshots are not very promising...I don't know a word of japanese and the fighting graphics don't seem to be very good...but anyway I'll give it a try cause it will cost nothing =)
I forgot to mention the title of the game: D.Gray-man: 奏者ノ資格 or according to babelfish: D.Gray-man: Player's Qualification (most likely: Musician's Qualification).
The release date is 9/11 and the price will be ￥ 6,980.

@_@.. I WANT!!!
damn it where can i learn japanese!!!!!
Purr, what a lovely cover...
Konami has updated the website with new info.
- You can play from your favorite character's POV
- Special skills are activated by pressing certain commands
- For the Lavi & Lenalee screenshot, I am guessing you can pick which character you want to talk to or pick which one you want to accompany you in battle
- And the Lavi CD picture is not the drama CD; the CD looks like the game cover (it is temporary)
- There are Allen, Kanda, and Lavi CD labels (the Lavi pic). One of them is included with the drama CD, but it depends on where you order from. For example, you will get the Lavi CD if you order from Amazon. I guess the content of the interviews will be different as well for each CD.
Here is the drama CD info:

This means....that the drama CD is about reverse novel 2, chapter 3???? Oh my God! XD If only I knew Japanese....;_;
By the way...how are you expected to play Lenalee when she doesn't have her innocence? Or does the game not work that way?
Seems like a rather cheap game to me. Looks more like a psp game rather than something for the ps2. The backgrounds look good though.
