In case anybody missed the event, here are the winners for the 2016 Mnet Asian Music Awards.

For some reason, I felt like last year's event was better than this year's event. Maybe it's because none of the YG Artists attended. Either way, I thought some of the performances were underwhelming. Also, it seems like there were quite a few mistakes in naming the artists and titles but that isn't really a big deal in my opinion. Oh well, I still enjoyed it and I'm looking forward to the upcoming years!

I forgot to rank some of my favorite performances from MAMA 2016. Personally, it would be...

1. BANGTAN BOYS

Spoiler: Boy Meets Evil + Blood, Sweat, & Tears + FIRE

I liked their performance a lot. The beginning was really interesting to watch and it seems like Bighit Entertainment went all out on their stage. The members seemed full of energy and the choreography was on point. Congratulations!

2. TAEYEON

Spoiler: Rain

As always, Taeyeon slayed her performance. She never disappoints her fans. And the lights on the stage made it even better.

3. TWICE

Spoiler: Cheer Up + TT

The group did pretty well in my opinion. You can tell they put a lot of effort in it and their outfits went pretty well with the theme.

4. EXO

Spoiler: TRANSFORMER + Monster

I don't know about others but I found the stage to be quite generic. I mean the stage being off the ground was cool but their performances didn't seem to as cool as their other ones. Maybe it's because of the songs they performed or the lack of time to rehearse. Overall, they did well though.

Yeah, I had to re-create my account as well since I used my email previously. I don't know why they're doing this but there seems to be a lot more verification steps this year. I guess its to prevent cheating but it does get quite annoying after a while.

Yeah, there's too many glitches and it's really slow... It's never been more difficult than this. I just submitted my votes and I can see the current rankings as well. Hopefully, this gets fixed soon.

Don't worry about being biased. I'm sure we all are to a certain extent. Haha. And yeah, I like the idea of exchanging recommendations. I'll listen to the songs you suggested.

As for the youtube video, it's funny because I just saw that one as well. Truthfully, I have to agree with it. BLACKPINK definitely deserved a spot for "Best Music Video", considering their latest one holds a few records for youtube views. WINNER also should've been included in "Best Male Group" because their 4 comeback songs this year were a hit for months. And last but not least, BIGBANG should've had at least one nomination. I know that their song came out in December 2016 but it was hit throughout the beginning of 2017. I was just so disappointed when the nomination list came out.

@DiMaria Yesta @EmptySoul You guys probably know this already but in case you didn't, there is a way to vote more than once. If you go to MAMA's sponsor (Qoo10) website, you will have an additional vote. It's much faster (in terms of lag), so you can just vote there even if you don't feel like voting 2 times.

I'll edit the OP so it's easier to find and all you have to do is scroll to the bottom where it says "Vote Now". Login should be the same.
