Need help with some dialogue from the 009 Re Cyborg manga. To me I translated it as "you giving out commands is suitable." although I'm not sure.

"指令を出すことはできん
そんな格好ではな"

そんな格好ではな"

is the same as

そんな格好では、（私は）指令をだせない/ 指令をだすことができない。

格好：the way one looks, the way one's dressed
指令： order
