I cleaned this from the LQ raw from Bleach 249. hopefully i'll join a Edited Manga group. It looks pretty HQ wouldnt u say?

It's Pretty nice alright. Really good job on this one (though you could post a raw pic for people to compare if you really want to show how skilled you are, which I believe you are).

One thing that bothers me is the speed lines, but I can't be too sure. After all, I am only familiar with Naruto as I don't really look after quality when I read Bleach (usually speed scans). But if it's not HQ (because of anything), then it's pretty good MQ and almost HQ.

first of, nice work,
second, its at best higher mq, because of the following points:
choppy lineart
much dirt around the lineart
the hougyoku in the last panel has too many edges
not reframed

correct those and it'll go big steps towards HQ.

haha, yeah the raws pretty bad and you did some nice work, really...
only thing that you might want to abandon is this sentence: "since i used the LQ raw its hard to get it all"
because a lq raw doesn't heighten the value of the cleaned page but the amount of work ^^

that's not against you - as i said you did good - but a general statement, because that doesnt seem to be clear for many people ^^'

Not bad at all. I agree with everyone else. Apart from the main problem of dirt in the whites, my only beef would be your grays. Use the gris pattern and then either add some noise (4%) and/or do a film grain(3,0,0).

And yeah, raws are always bad. It never fails
