nice art work, sarada. it would be better if the colour of the smoke darker or the uniform whiter so that they wont mix.. besides that everything look fine

All the suggestions are good, but since this was something I wanted to do fast I didn't pay attention to all that, and what I did, I left it. ( took 1 hour total, most of that time was cleaning colors outside the lines, I don't base inside the lines, the background and smoke, since Grimmy was finished in 15 minutes, yes I clocked it

It depends on what you're going for.
If you want it to look hard, or if you used a lot of saturation, blending wouldn't look good. If you were going for a pretty and surreal look, that's when blending would be perfect.
