Chapter 214: Transcending Borders
- The previous point needs to be replayed. Kintarou is confused about the call, so Yanagi and Inui explain the rule to him.
- Meanwhile, Dorgias has rushed over to the other side of the court and is now holding the fallen bird in his arms.
- Telling Kintarou that the match is over, Dorgias carries the bird off the court to take it to an animal hospital. His teammates also approve of the decision.
- In the second round of group B, Japan beats Australia 3-0.
- When walking off the court, Atobe turns around to tell Noah to work towards getting his eyesight fixed and face him again once he's fully recovered.
Chapter 214: Transcending Borders
- Kintarou runs off after the Japanese team leaves the stadium and Sanada yells after him, asking where he's going.
- On a different court, the American supporters are cheering whereas their Danish opponents look stunned. Sakuno is watching the on-going match as well.
- Nobody can believe their eyes as Ryoma finishes off Denmark's captain and as a result America defeats Denmark 3-0.
- Sakuno is worried that she got lost and ended up among the Danish fans instead of the US ones.
- Spotting her as he's about to leave the stadium, Ryoma tells her that this isn't the court the Japanese were going to play on. Sakuno responds that she'd rather cheer for Ryoma, no matter which country he's representing.
- Ryoma pulls down his cap and heads towards the exit, but he gets interrupted by Kintarou yelling from the opposite side of the stadium.
- Apparently Kintarou tells Ryoma about the progress the others have made, like how Sanada has mastered the double clutch and so on. But he kinda messes it up and, seemingly unimpressed, Ryoma turns around again to leave. Seeing that, Kintarou finally gets the message across that they're challenging Ryoma which Ryoma accepts.
