I LOVE the colour scheme...and it's so smooooooth and seeeexy and his hair looks like it's got a life of its own actually...but tell me, why are so many artists suddenly going with red hair for Pain? Have I missed something (that's entirely possible; I've been out of the loop a bit)?

Well I don't know I just kept the same hair color as the 1st Pain version hair color which is between orange and red. I think what identified Pain is the rinnegan, the piercings and maybe his hair color so that's why I kept these traits on the new Pain version, to preserve his identity.

This is amazing -- best coloring I've seen of this page! You did a really nice job shading the hair. It looks so alive! And I love the background lighting -- it really makes Pain look like a god come down from on high.
