300 was showing a little bit of Sai's background and the first Part 2 appearance of Sasuke
200 was the awesome cover (which showed naruto's face covered with bandages that came out to be four "tails" flowing behind him), Naruto almost pulling off a no kage bushin assisted Rasengan, the Appearance of Kimimaro
100 wasn't that special just showed that clones could bleed and probably Kabuto's first onscreen kills
