How many d'you reckon you can squeeze in before years end? 1 or 2?

Christmas Freestyle to finish off would be neat but maybe you can squeeze in another before it and have them as 2 weeks each?

For themes, hmmm, how bout these (all work for freestyle i think):

• "Winter fun" (ppl can share how they have fun during winter)
• "Favorite winter drink/sweets"
• "Christmas memories"
• "Winter Fashion"

Hi everyone! As @Erinyes was the sole, but brilliant participant of the Christmas Contest the win goes to her Loved your entry!

With that said: I'm currently in the process of creating a new schedule for the upcoming year. This means a little more time for the contests, more insight in the points you earn and a little something extra we didn't have before.
I'm planning to go live with the first contest of the year upcoming Sunday.

What do I need from you all? Suggest all the themes and categories you want to do this year! Freestyle will be a more frequent thing, but I want to fine tune this to what you guys want to do. So suggest away! You can use this thread, the suggestion thread, or send me a PM!

Marm-chan if I may suggest something regarding photography contests, it would be if possible to get to know themes in advance ( like 2 months in advance) so we have enough time to find some subject. exple lets see the contest is to take a picture of a rainy weather or winter picture, sometimes 2 weeks are not enough to get the ideal moment or subject to photograph.

That sounds reasonable actually! It's kinda why I want to get as much suggestions for theme's as we can, to work things out in advance.
That said: Contests will now be 3 weeks instead of two, and there will be a bit of a resting period between them (8-10 contests a year)
(I'll post the schedule itself once I've finalized the dates!)

For photography in general: I've been wanting to experiment with something - a constantly monthly photography contest. Something low-key and easy to join. See it as a "picture of the month" type of thing. Still debating whether I should do a theme for each month (theme-list for the whole year will be up along with the scheduling in that case), or leave it open to you guys to submit your favorite picture of that month.
this is a little extra besides the regular contests!
