A kid called Yamada Taichi is a fan of the idol Kokoro-chan. One day he goes to see her at a promotion. When he does he notices something that looks like an angel falling from the roof of the building towards him and the next thing he knows he has woken up in a hospital bed. There he sees the idol Kokoro-chan (with angel wings) hovering infront of him. They wander about the hospital and on the roof she explains what happened when she fell from the roof of the other building, as she finishes a shinigami shows up infront of them and declares that he/she (I can't tell which at this point) is here to take Kokoro-chan away.

Well, the catch phrase in the beginning pretty much sums up the plot to me:
"You know how people fall in love, right? A love so great, that they'd even die for them..."

Well, that was fairly predictable. I'm gonna guess that the guy will sort of ask to be the one taken instead of the klutzy girl. Then the guy turns into a guardian angel of sorts for this girl to prevent her from killing herself due to her clumsiness.
