I got to say... I didn't expect Kadowaki to be here in this tournament.

Kadowaki is the last character I expected and he has no feats. He lost every match he was ever shown playing. Tokugawa will probably be carrying everything here. Sure Kadowaki is on court 2 but we still dont know. Inui's data and ohmagari's nitouryu and stamina just overpower Tokugawa and Kadowaki. I don't know if he will can use black hole but even then he has a limit.

Tokugawa won't use Black Hole, and Ohmagari won't use his style either (like... lol, he doesn't have rackets here). Inui can be helpful, Kadowaki is completely useless.

I think Tokugawa with Azura, 10 volleyballs at once and Glowing Shots should solo this, I don't see what Ohmagari and Inui can do against that.

So yeah, Tokugawa/Kadowaki win this thanks to Kadowaki's super tennis :derp

Simply put, Tokugawa can't solo constantly without letting Kadowaki touch the ball at some point.
Let's put it this way, Kadowaki has no hope of returning Inui's Waterfall.

As long as Ohmagari/Inui serve at Kadowaki, then its over. In Volleyball if you aim your serve at a player that is total trash, you kinda have the key to victory.
Unless Tokugawa can tell the prideful Kadowaki to step off the court and let him solo things then he can't.

And the way Volleyball is set up, Tokugawa can't hit winning smashes non-stop. Winning smashes almost always require someone to "receive the shot", then set up the person who is going in for a Spike.(Volleyball smash).
So basically, Kadowaki single-handedly loses this for his team.

Tokugawa - Kadowaki need to connect 1 single GS in order to win the entire match. Is it too crazy to believe that Tokugawa can cover enough territory to defend a serve, let Kadowaki set (I mean, he sucks but the dude still has hands) and then end it with a glowing shot/ 10 volleyballs ao / anything that damages the opponent? They have 12 opportunities, it should be enough.

You don't need a set up when you're serving and Tokugawa managed to hit aces against Byoudouin. So if his turn comes around, Kadowaki might not even need to touch the ball any more.

Well, true, but in order to do that they have to win a point first, and I saw the other option more viable.

If we're just talking about one point, wouldn't a block be viable though? Assuming he can serve it out afterwards, Tokugawa would only have to get one in six tries.

Yeah I found that pretty nuts, Tokuagawa was acing Byoudouin at some points.
Either way, I could've sworn you have to change servers when it goes on to the next set?
Also, its not unlikely that Inui/Ohmagari manage to receive it at least once is it? Since they only need to hit the ball at the unbelievably weak Kadowaki and it becomes their serve and practically their victory due to Kadowaki being extremely worse than Ibu, and Ibu would die against Inui let alone Ohmagari.

Again, I can't rule out the argument that Tokugawa can solo the entire thing. It isn't too impossible but I mean, Ohmagari has notably better stats for what its worth.

It's a 1 set match.

Tokugawa has Azura or wtv that is now.

...could you rephrase this? (no joke)

Oh shit one-set? My bad for not reading the rules. I thought it would last longer giving more opportunities to Ohmagari/Inui.
Erm... Yeah this is over for anybody facing Tokugawa.
Even if Ohmagari/Inui serve first, Tokugawa can just bring out Black Hole for just one point so it doesn't stress him out, then ace Inui through-out.

Also, it depends who is serving first. If Kadowaki's serving first then he's dead too.
I don't even expect Kadowaki to be able to be a good setter. Setting isn't so simple. You have to genuinely prepare the shot with just that one touch.
Like I said, Kadowaki really really sucks. What was the bastard's stat total anyway?

Yeah it's 12 points, 1 set. I doubt Tokugawa would use Black Hole just like that tbh.

Why would Kadowaki be dead? The other team doesn't have any killing moves. I don't expect him to be a good setter either, just decent enough to throw the ball high kinda close to the net, the rest is Tokugawa's job. It shouldn't be that hard.

We don't know afaik, lol.

My apologies, I completely missed this yesterday.

Basically I was saying that if we assume Tokugawa could win by himself as long as he gets the right to serve, would it be unreasonable to think that he could block at least one of Ohmagari/Inui's attacks - that way he could get to serve even if Kadowaki can't do anything at all.

Unknown, like Hardy said.

Uhm, ok this match is over so should I post here even if it doesn't matter?

Well, in order to do that they need to return Waterfall first (that was going to be aimed at Kadowaki), which was the biggest problem we had. After that yeah I can see him blocking one of those attacks, but it seems like a total waste considering Kadowaki is over 2 metres tall and Tokugawa should be a way better defender just in case.
