DF has shown the capability of using shunpo lol.

(Recent chapter shld be good enough to say her reflexes, CQC abilities + speed as well. Despite irene's power, it was her who tapped into it and as long as irene remains there, the power belongs to loli san)

In Sand World his speed is pretty much instantaneous and he was able to easily keep up with Erza in speed while out of it.

(Good at CQC, speed - top tier being able to do flower arrangements from erza's sword attack, reflexes - able to avoid acno's attack but still lower compared to her other 2 abilities.)

All canon. Basically anything that Hiro Mashima had a hand in creating that does not contradict the main story is canon. Road Knight, Fairy Girls, the Wendy spinoff, and Ice Trials are all canon. Though out of these, only the Road Knight series is worth reading imo. Maybe ice trials, but the art is a turn-off for me.

Capable of going toe to toe with the CQC Master/Quick in both combat and travel speed

Halphas has feats of blitzing Racer in one of the filler arcs.

(was out running berserk acno's attacks, better at CQC in her demon takeovers and reflexes - decent enough to tie a match with skullion )

her TOs has a destructive power both in magic and physical strength.

(pretty fast in his shadows and killed Bloodman so quickly that he couldn't do anything)

Shadows are fast. Can contend with LFD Natsu.

(CQC - dual mode DF, Speed - dual mode DF, reflexes - decent)
