This will get colored and probably thrown into the contest thinger, but I like how it came out and wanted to share.
Bless you vector lineartists that do HQ scan work, but I've never been fond of coloring that kind of lineart. The faulty weight of careful hand-done linework is what really gives the frames their life and style, thats why I love reworking MQ and LQ Scans. <3 I might finish the other panels some day, but for now I just want to do this panel.
Its only about a 65% Rework. I love the rustic shout balloon and a few other textures. There will be more motion in the colored version in both the background and lineart when it's finished, since I took most of it out.
