a heads up first...
this episode brought out one thing:
The studio can do great fighting scenes, but they lack in normal animation....
We start right at the point the last episode left - Ichigo stepping in and telling orihime to step back...
poor orihime looks so sad :/ but she complies nonetheless - gotta listen to your loved one, right? She'll make a good housewife if it weren't for her cooking >.< (i ain't a chauvinist, but the picture fits here
)
Worrying about the hollow in him becoming too strong for him to withhold ichigo goes into the offense - a direct bankai.
Man I still love that outfit, even after seeing it so many times
The fight starts, yeah, not long and yammi misses an arm, it was done pretty unspectacular... i hoped for more bloodshed and all in this scene >.> but nevermind.... he dominates yammi quite a bit and yammi grips his zanpakutou... a Zanpakutou? yeah right, arrancar have zanpakutous before yammi can do whatever he intended, he gets stopped by ulquiorra when ichigo cringes from his inner hollow trying to get out...
I love the scenes where the it changes to manga-animation style... black n white, it looks great... wouldn't mind the whole anime being like that ;D
anyway, yammi starts beating ichigo up pretty badly.... but in the moment he wants to place the last punch, urahara and yoruichi interfere
we get a great bloodmistshield
following this we see how yammi gets utterly dominated by yoruichi - now that's nice fighting and yammi goes down.
after yoruichi goes to take a look at the health of ichigo and orihime, yammi rises again, to fire a cero.... stopped by uraharas bloodmistshield again >.> deciding they don't need trash like yammi there, urahara fires an attack at yammi, which gets singlehandedly repelled by ulquiorra o.O now thats a difference in power between yammi and ulqui.... seems like poor yammi doesn't get his cookies for this bad performance ;___;
ulquiorra decides that it's time to take their leave and retreats into Hueco Mundo --- seems like the job is done....
let's switch to after the fight... urahara comes in from nursing everybody and ask how yoruichi is... WHY?!
the answer is given promptly... we see yoruichi eating bowl after bowl after bowl of food... how can she be so sexy when she eats like a bear? i guess many women want to know that.... and yoruichi in undergarments
again some specific talk >.> maaan >.>
a kon and ichigo fun scene, to show how down ichigo is --- he is sulking once again.... poor kon has the hardest job in this series... keeping ichigo company >.>
let's jump into school --- some little talk until we get THE SCENE of this episode.
Matsumoto, Toushirou, Abarai, Ikkaku and that freaky color-brow whose name i never can remember pop up....
little talk about their mission... and then... then.... RUKIA COMES IN FROM THE WINDOW! >.>
