First try. Added some text thought I'd make it look nice. Lol

Ok, good first try. First it looks like you over-leveled, or that you went through and really started to re-stroke all of the hair with a thick brush size. Secondly, some of your blacks aren't fully black, such as the middle panel of the middle row. your whites aren't fully white, mainly noticeable on the outer panel whites, however, there is quite a lot of dust that should be cleaned off of the trees and ground that you missed. There's still parts of the old letters that used to be up above the top panels. Your re-draws of white lines should be thicker. You've missed some white line re-strokes too, such as inos skirt at the bottom panel, or kakashis shirt in that same panel, and shikamarus sleeve white outline. You were on the right track when doing the borders, this is done to make sure that the borders are 3px. However, you should have cleaned around the borders as well, such as the right inos panel in the top row. There is also a border re-draw at the left side of the page, it should not be there, in any of the frames. You should never draw borders at panels where the picture touches the edge of the page. There is also a border on the bottom of the last panel, this should not be there as it wasn't there in the original picture, never add things that shouldn't be there.
