I will post a translation later, but for now here's a synopsis of the chapter:
Ral is a 15 year old boy with a blue dragon Kage named "Grado" who are both sealed in absolute darkness under his father's, King Roy's, castle. The castle is under siege by the Kage, monsters from the world of darkness who are basically shadows that take over living creatures' bodies.
Mio is Ral's teacher and she pleads with the king to let him out. She explains that there are three types of Kage possession of living things: First - where the Kage bonds with the person and shows itself through the thing's shadow, Second - where the Kage basically eats away at the living thing and takes control over it allowing the Kage to assume the living thing's form or its own Kage form, and Third where the Kage has control and begins to strengthen itself by eating other creatures and Seconds.
King Roy says that he realized his newborn son had been possessed by the dragon Grado and he decides to seal him in darkness. 15 years later the kingdom is under siege and they decide to let Ral out.
Ral/Grado attacks his father when he gets out because Grado has been wanting revenge on the ones who sealed him away. Ral then notices that Mio protects him and that she looks different from him. He then inspects her breasts and Mio tells him that getting naked and doing that sort of thing is embarassing and shouldn't be done in front of others. She then promises to teach him about women if he will go out and defeat the Kage who are attacking.
Ral agrees and then goes out and tears up the other Kage. The other Kage aren't sure what type of Kage Ral and Grado are so he tells them that he's a "Friend" type where the Kage and the host get along and help each other. He uses a piece of Grado's mane to stop the boss Kage in its tracks and then proceeds to beat the monster to a pulp (all the while refusing to use Grado's dragon fire attack since the enemies are too weak to waste it on them).
Ral then comes back and is about to "learn about women" when he falls asleep. Mio then says that she'll make sure he grows up to be a hero.
Ral while sleeping says that he'll keep fighting the Kage because he likes women and Grado says that he'll stick with Ral for as long as there are things that he wants to kill.
