No, it was drawn by Akiyama Yoco, a former assisstant of Horikoshi who is currently drawing/writing "Saguri-chan Tankentai".

Ikr!? I thought that this volume would have 10 chapters as we have usually seen in the other volumes, thus leaving chapter 187 as the great "preamble" of this new arc, but seeing that it will actually end in chapter 188, the whole situation will be seen from another perspective .

Now I'm pretty curious on how the cover of the volume 21 will look like.

Original guy who posted these in BNHA discord said apparently these have been released for a awhile, 1 issue a week. There is one for Bakugou, i will edit his profile page in my original post and rest if there are more.
