Re: [Featured] Boku wa Beatles by KAWAGUCHI Kaiji and FUJII Tetsuo
At first I thought it would be just set on present time and follow their ambition to become the best Beatles tribute band. The premise is disappointing really at first but then they are transported to the 60s before the Beatlemania and things get even more interesting when they want to take on the Beatles with Beatles songs. These may sound scummy (I thought so too!) but all they want is for the Paul and John (well, George too but not Ringo

) to create songs that even better than what they actually did. Thing is, they should just go straight to Sgt Peppers stuff and upwards! Shock the world with 'Within You Without You' or 'Revolution 9' even.
One thing that always brought up is Olympic held in Tokyo in 1964. Maybe they'll put up a show or something? I'm curious about what will happen when Beatles perform for their Asian tour at Bodokan in 1966? Will it even happen?
