Shounen Busou Renkin by Watsuki Nobuhiro

The artwork sorta of resembles Rurouni Kenshin and so does the main character Tokiko. It feels just a little nostalgic in away and i never read the Edited Mangas at all. But actually i picked it up for my girfriends brother b-day is tomorrow and so i read it.. lol . I think the handled it pretty well i think didn't use any corny dialouge like naruto which is slowly getting better(sp). So how many volumes is the manga??

Be With You Scans is Editing it...not that far into it (I think Volume 5 starts about now), and so far I like it. I'm definately going to keep an eye on it.

Glad to see that some people are enjoying this manga I think it's severely overlooked. Just as a reminder, the anime is starting sometime this season.

So how many volumes is the manga??

How do you know Nobuhiro Watsuki is short? (besides the fact that he's Japanese..)

More like 26 episodes. The anime has 2 more episodes left to go. The series is being subbed by Kyuuketsuki.

Actually, it was suppose to be longer but he was told to wrap it up and was given the ending. I actually think that the series could of gone on for some time if it was allowed.

This is because there aren't more volumes scanlated. Only til the first two chapters of volume 4 so far.

If you want the RAW (Japanese text, no translation), then you can find all 10 volumes at lurk.

Word. Just kinda strikes me odd since I saw the first 7 volumes in English at Borders. You'd think that all 10 would be somewhere.

Volume 8 by ViZ just was published this month and Volume 9 is scheduled for December, so you can buy the complete series probably in February (BR by ViZ)
