dude, you know that is someones (dynamic dragon's) original artwork? you, nor anyone else, cant just go in and change a ton of things about it. ask him about it instead.

I appreciate you just want to have the picture complete, and you might not have been aware of whose it was, but it is original artwork belonging to Dynamic Dragon, aka Pokefreak on DA, and you would have to either ask his permission for someone else to make changes, or ask DD himself to make changes.
