no, it's not the one. RC said some of his works went suddenly missing... This tutorial might be another victim.

Hi, im new to manga coloring and i wanted to know if i can do professional Cell Shading even with a Mouse or do i need to use a USB Tablet and a Pencil?

A mouse is allright, but the pen and the Tablet is freaking great! Goes faster and less elbow and wrist pain.
