nope thought it was just a pattern, but now i do, how dumb of me, now i think its perfect and the transition from ur other chibi style to this one was done very well, same humor but with different art

But then, shouldn't the fans he is holding be sliced too?
Or do they represent Sasuke and thus they are in one piece, making Naruto even more focused?

I think that it slice like everything on top of him, if there was another frame I would make naruto stop look down and is surprise that he still can't slice even a small leaf on the ground or some thing like that not knowing all the damage he've done
