It's extremely, EXTREMELY, over leveled. This makes things stand out really easily. Such as your re-done white lines. They're done correctly, but compared to the rest of the page, it's easy to tell that they're re-done, and this is something you don't want. You still have quite a bit of dust in your whites, these have to be manually removed. I do it with the pencil tool. I would recommend you use the brush tool when you start out. Your borders are done correctly, however, you need to go through and clean up the former borders on the inside of the new ones. There's still some specks in your blacks that need to be filled. Save your page as PNG.
