Miscellaneous coloring lineart

i want to know, how do i color the lineart? u know, instead of normal black lineart, i can change the color to fit the kind of pic im coloring. can someone help^^

On the lineart layer, hit the "lock transparent pixels" button, then take a brush of whatever colour you want and brush over the lineart.

hmm...its not working. do i have to set the lineart layer to multiply?
