use your imagination and create your own character for naruto world...here is mine
General
Name: Walkie (just coincedence
)
Gender: male
Hair: long enough to reach shoulders, black
Eyes: hazel (just like mine but this is also coincedence
)
Characteristics: lazy, easygoing, smiles all time, always talk positively, genius (but not like shikamaru as in means of IQ, instead as sasuke or neji, in means of fighting skills)
Skills
Special: Bloodline, that enables to manipulate and create fire elemantal jutsus.
Ninjutsu: espically good at mid and long range attacks, uses fire elemantal and some supportive jutsus for fire elemental attacks,
Taijutsu: above mid-level but not very good, since doesnt good at short-range ninjutsu types, when it is needed prefers taijutsu rather than ninjutsu
Genjutsu: doesnt know (can not perform) any genjutsu
Summoning and sealing: summoning aliance with wolves, can summon a pack of wolves to attack or can summon wolf-boss, a big wolf with big teeths, blue eye, big grey fur...no sealing jutsus
Kinjutsu: when touches someone can burn him chakra which generates high energy that becomes heat which is able to kill oppenent but since so much heat comes out is too also performer can take pyhsical harm and also users some of chakra burns out
Weapons: no special weapon, uses kunais and explosive tags as everbody else at avarage level..but can put some fire on kunais and then can use that fire for creating larger fire or some fire attack jutsus by his bloodline

Note: Special part is not mean only for bloodline, for example it can be silent killing, great chakra control allows some jutsu based on pure chakra like neji's kaiten or puppets or something else...
kinjutsu is forbidden techn. so do not forget that should have some part that makes them "forbidden"
and also please do not try to create a "god" fighter
do not forget everone has a weak point and not everyone can use all techniques..
