Neinhart can make some Historia to deal with the other Crime sorce members for awhile, while Jacob and bloodman deal with Jellal after they defeat him help Neinhart

Considering the rules, I don't see why Jellal just doesn't blitz and kill both Jacob and Neinhart.

Bloodman can be dealt by the rest and jellal soon after he joins.

Anyway, Cobra can probably hold off Jacob, if not outright beat him. Cobra is comparable to x792 base Gajeel, if we consider the Gajeel spinoff.
The rest of them can hold off Neinhart and his Historia, until Jellol deals with Bradman.

Bradman is base Gajeel tier in stats, I don't see CS much issues against him either, especially with magic barrier particles restricted.
Gajeel faced issues to begin with because he was a pure physical fighter

Meredy buffing everyone deals with MBP particles, it's how Juvia beat Keyes in their rematch, and how Meredy could damage Juvia in their original fight, intangibility doesn't work against her

Jellal hasn't had single good blitz feat so not seeing him blitz anyone here. He def doesn't have the ability to just oneshot anyone after needing an entire chapter to charge GC to drop Neinheart. The others are fodder who get stomped by Neinheart alone or dies by the backlash of Bloodman's attacks.

Jellal gets beat up by Bloodman or Jacob puts him into submission hold and stabs him in the neck.

The trio stomp. CS is fodder and Jellal.

Charging Grand Chariot isn't a real thing, but even if it were, it doesn't actually change anything. It's not like Jellal has to stay still to cast Grand Chariot. None of the Spriggans can actually match his speed or break through his barriers. No reason why Jellal can't just make a thought projection to keep the other Spriggans occupied while he casts either.

Like I said, he lacks actual speed feats. Everyone in their mama could tag Jobbernologia in the final chapters. It's not a feat of speed since Acnologia was letting everyone hit him and two, it's a nowhere near consistent feat to Jellal's actual level. Jellal's consistent speed feats are not good at all, since he was already tagged by characters w/minimal stats like Neinheart and Gears. Jellal ain't blitzing anyone here.

And where did they tag Acno? I don't see Cobra, Sting, or Rogue landing a single hit on Acno in the manga. Or fillers for that matter.

Jellal was being dumb when he saved Kagura by trying to shield her with his body. All he had to do to block Neinhart's attack was put up a barrier. Like here.

Jacob got tagged by everyone he fought. Loke, Makarov, Natsu, Lucy, and Mirajane with no takeover all landed shots on him. Pretty much anyone can tag him if they can see him.

Jacob and Neinhart are fodder here. Jellal flies around in meteor and/or puts up a barrier, and just casts Grand Chariot. Neinhart already got stomped by Grand Chariot, and Jacob gets oneshotted by anything as strong as Satan Soul's punches. Bloodman is the only one who can put up a fight, and since we're restricting his particles, they don't even have to worry about him becoming intangible.

Well likely Jellal could not be fast enough in time to create a barrier and had to use his body to shield her, Acno could be just casual with his attack. Jacob reacts to attacks by pretty much everyone that didn't involve surprise attacks or incapacity.
