Erm, I didn't rotate (Well, more like I didn't know how lol) so I just reframed. Hope that's OK.

Uhh, what can I say? It's great!

To rotate, just cut the manga out from the background layer and paste into new layer (so the layer isn't locked) and hit CTRL-T to enter Free Transform mode. From there you can either use your mouse to rotate or you can type in degrees at the top.
