Tbh, Weisz has gotten better over the last year. He's still got a lot of room for development compared to other characters too.

That being said, it's Shiki for me. He's a good guy at heart. As a leader - I think he probably needs to 'earn' his stripes a bit. When that happens he'll be a very solid character.
