Cool! I like the dark color you give naruto, and the way you did the ground around him... but why is his mouth fully white? Was that on purpose?

It's pretty decent but you dont do it smoothly. You dont really go into details and make the things look smooth. You are using different opacity for several colours and the colours overflow to the border. It's not bad but certainly, you can do more than that. Keep working hard and you will improve very fast.

It looks quite nice but as eileen already pointed out you didn't do much about details.
The background looks a bit messy. Although that might be what you aimed for it could be improved by smoothing it a bit.
Overall it shows some good points though.
I know it's kinda hard to hear criticizm after one has worked hard on a pic but this will hopefully only help you to get better.
