Femto's entrance in the anime is a pretty cool character debut when he swoops down like he's evil batman or something.

Oh, man.... This is a good one... How about when Zodd is introduced for the first time? "Hey, we have some trouble with this one guy, we sent one army in, and no one came out yet." Hmm, I wonder why.... Oh wait, maybe because Zodd trucked them all? And this is also when the first warning is given to Guts about what's to come, when he sees the Crimson Behelit, Egg of the Supreme Emperor.

I'm gonna say Grunbeld. He broke through the gate with his war hammer and then fired his shield cannon into the Kushan. That was freakin awesome.

So many good debuts (Wyald's was a particularly awesome one), but Femto's was truly memorable, since it marks the beginning of the Golden Age arc and we get to know the main antagonist.
