From my perspective, it's probably one of the best all cast : Great Ost by Iwasaki, great studio (Bones), great voice actors : Rie Kugimiya (Kagura-Gintama, Al Elric-FmaB, Happy-Ft, ), Daisuke Sakaguchi (shinpachi-Gintama, Jacuzzi-Baccano, Ace-Op), Kazuya Nakai (Hijikata-Gintama, Zoro-Op, Mugen-Samurai champloo, FmaB) Rikiya Koyama (Ging-HxH2011, Emiya-Fate) and so on + Chara design : Kawamoto, Toshihiro
Support Durarara !! too.

My vote kinda very subjective since I don't know every one of them. However, despite saying that, I'm in support of the entire gang of Gintama. Such a strange bunch of people and occupation, and yet survive through many life circumstances and trials. Though each individual has his/her differences (and even different species too ), everyone is able to unite together as one team to pull through whatever comes their way.
