I nominate Mard Geer Tartarus from Fairy Tail, and I support Uchiha Madara from Naruto.

I thoroughly enjoyed both characters, especially Mard as he's awesome from his looks to his power, he's one of the best villains FT has had imo. And Madara, he's a pretty cool character too. Definitely two of my favourite villains from the last year.
