Definitely Aoi Yuuki for this year.

-Miyuki Sawashiro : Celty-Durarara (Also, Kurapika-HxH2011; Ul-Ft; Seo-Gekkan shojo Nozaki-kun; Maria-Arakawa under he Bridge; Chiaki-Nodame Cantabile ..) A really great voice actor.
Yuu Kobayashi : Ayame Sarutobi-Gintama (Also, Sacha-Shingeki no Kyojin, Setsuna-Negima, Chain-Kekkai Sansen and an absolutely amazing performance so far, with Akira Ishida and Seki Tomokazu in Shouwa Genroku Rakugo Shinjuu.
- Sugita Tomozaku- Sakata Gintoki-Gintama. can't go without nominating such a sexy voice

 

[Utsune]

Tanaka Aimi - Notably voiced Umaru-chan. She made very distinctive voices for the main 3 personalities of Umaru-chan, and she was very successful in portraying her character in general.

Hayami Saori - For Hiiragi Shinoa from Owari no Seraph. Very refreshing to hear her voicing a character bathed in sarcasm and mischief. Of course there's also Yukinoshita (OreGairu.) These two roles in particular are pretty different to her typical characters, and I very much enjoyed them.

Kurosawa Tomoyo - For Oumae Kumiko from Hibike! Euphonium. The acting was perfect for the character, and I feel a ton of immersion watching her.

Definitely support this! She also voiced Narberal Gamma from Overlord, where I found her voice acting excellent too , hope to hear more from her in the future <3
