When I said Buggy I really mean it but more like in the capacity of Hercule from DBZ lol. Everyone knows he sucks but will just give him the spotlight cuz it's okay. As long as he isn't gonna terrorize people and be a decent moral pirate luffy will let him stay a yonkou loooolol like how Hercule is allowed to beat Goku (Or was it Vegeta?
