my father's contribution to butei high seems to have no effect
I wonder if my father's contribution to Butei High has any effect

Note: Only in one dictionary I found this meaning. And this was the one that I think it fits most. But I'm not sure it's correct.
お忍びなされ
do not force this one.

Context: The MC said buying help was unfair.

あんた敵の傭兵に殺されてもあの世でそう言うの？
are you going to say that when you're fighting the enemies mercenary?
are you going to say that while being killed by the enemies mercenary?

そうと決まったら場所を借りましょうですの！

(1) takes on the latter meaning ("I wonder if...")
(2) I'm not 100% sure so do you happen to have the full sentence? なされ is basically a superbly humble way to turn 忍び into passive form so my current take would be "to be concealed"
(3) is more like "Are you still going to say that in the other world if you get killed by the enemies' mercenary?"

the ninja character literally says " Raika-dono (the character she's immobilizing) and just says お忍びなされ"

寄付が効いたのかしら=寄付の効果があったのかしら
any ---> some

The above sentence uses "が" instead of "は" in 寄付は効いたのかしら = 寄付の効果はあったのかしら. (You can use "any" with the sentence with "は," )

(2) お忍びなされ = お忍びください
Depends on the context, 忍ぶ can be がまんする (have patience ((with)); put up with; endure; bear) or 隠れる (hide).
なされ part is: I would suggest you.../that you ... or Please .... なされ is like an imperative style of the honorific form for する (do).
