how to color pages

can anyone teach me how to color pages or aleast tell me wut program u use to do so i can learn myself?

i started with that one, it covers the basics you need to know for photoshop

u have a LOT of tutorials on DEVIANTART, is dificult show "how to color" using msn or posts... normally i search some tutorials, and ask to people a few things...
