Only thing I had a problem with was the dialogue on first page:

"How about I gouge out this eyeball?"
"That's not a threat! I won't be sentenced on a mere injury charge"

A bit confusing - I probably would have liked "this ain't no idle threat" - better, but other than that, major thumbs up.

Very nice second chapter.

It's starting a bit like Black Cat, just random short stories emphasizing what the protagonist's occupation is all about and perhaps introducing a few new cast members along the way. I'm not sure we'll actually see any actual plot for a while. But what the heck - seeing Nichol putting Alligator in action is always awesome!

Very nice second chapter.

I'm not entirely sure this is a short story. I think it may be part of a larger plot. But we'll see.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'm going to need to talk to Chawan (our translator) about it, but I'm pretty sure we'll use it for the whole volume release.

We should probably use a bit more slang, but Chawan is French and I'm not an English native so we kinda went with straight English.
