It is just that I have never seen Jolyne and her co call her Foo. Either F.F. or Foo Fighters. Sure *her* name was after Foo Fighters. Yes I know.

That's why I called him foo
,

ah I hate to nitpick, but FF decided to be a girl now that *it* is in a girl's body.

See *it* calling herself あたし huh...and I remember there was a part *it* is reasoning that.(...that *it* didnt have sex from the start, so now that *it* is in a girl's body, it'd be better for *it* to use あたし/act like a girl (←tomboy tho!)...)

So FF is "She"... definitely...
proclaimed... but still.
Hermes-Jolyne-F.F trio is what we call "三人”! ;)

Oh, well, but for me to have it easier to write it down, I call her "Foo", and well, when she was a plankton, she used manly words :P

hmmm jojo... hmmm... it's still a wonder as to why this manga isnt famous in the English Edited Manga scene... i mean, this has to be one of the all-time best manga! and yea... in case u were wondering, i read almost every single tankoubon of it, my bro was missing 1 or 2 from the earlier parts...
it's tough to read JOJO though... too much detail, which is what makes it so awesome!

I don´t get it either. Maybe if it still ran in Shonen Jump people would care.

Re: Jojo's Bizarre Adventure

perhaps, but people care little about many current jump comics too. I guess it's all down to word of mouth and promotion. hence why the three big scanlated manga are well promoted licensed series...

but hey, this is one of the best, and to all who find it a real gem. especially parts 2, 3, and Steel Ball Run.

Re: Jojo's Bizarre Adventure

So, I'm new here, can anyone give me a quick rundown on who is currently translating the remainders of part 5&6 and who is currently doing steel ball run, it appears that all of the groups that have done them have dropped dead.

Re: Jojo's Bizarre Adventure

i guess my nickname says everything :°D

i totally love this manga, especially part 3 and 5(well, i'm italian :D)

araki is TEH genius, period. Here in italy steel ball run is still at volume 8, but 9 will be released in the next few months...and it's still great, just like the previous 6 series *____*

Re: Jojo's Bizarre Adventure

I agree completely. Araki has gone beyond creating a world for his manga, he has created its own universe. I can name very few manga which have had as many characters or run as long as JJBA has.

And now to go off topic from the rest of my post, does any one have any pictures of Johnny Joestar's stand? Its the only one of the Joestar stands I have not seen.

Re: Jojo's Bizarre Adventure

I must say, any Edited Manga of this series will do.

It´s too underrated in the states.

Re: Jojo's Bizarre Adventure

To those who are unaware, scanslations of JJBA have resumed and only one volume of Gio Gio remains!

This chapter was made by the author especialy for the american release of series 3. So thats why its never been scanned before.
