Remi's hair transforms into the tail of a scorpion and attacks Fushiguro.
Reggie, the new character mentioned above, the guy who dropped from the sky are introduced, along with their points.
Announcement of the rule addition.
The one who fell from the sky last week falls again. Fushiguro gains five points.
Reggie and Hazenoki (黄櫨?) gently come from the sky with an umbrella. Running in that direction. It's someone with no points, with the right half of their body naked, and the left half of their body in something like a superman outfit. suit

The eyeball explosion is caused by Hazenoki Iori, Remi's hair turns into like a scorpion's tail, and attacks Megumi, an explosion was nearby them. Megumi and Remi get into another building. Megumi tells Remi to get out, but Remi attacks him.

At the end of the chapter, Hazenoki throws his teeth in front of Fushiguro but a man appears to help him out, Takaba!

Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 168 Title: Tokyo No. 1 Colony, Part 8

Remi starts babbling that Reggie had said he'll protect her, he liked her and tells Fushiguro to say the same to her. Fushiguro looks down at her, and says "There are people like you who are all talk with no actions, Scum."


Hari Chizuru (28 Points) appears again to fight off Megumi, But suddenly Kogane makes an announcement regarding the added rule that was previously done by Higuruma, Fushiguro smiles proudly. fushiguro then begins to fight Chizuru.

Reggie and Hazenoki discuss that points are being wasted, and they come down to fight off Megumi. very suddenly, out of nowhere, takaba fumihiko (0 points) appears, and tries to help Fushiguro, because it's unfair since it's a 2vs1.

Lol, when you realize this Culling Game is just a tournament arc you get used to all the new characters popping up around here and there (<I don't mean this in a negative way, just an amusing thing I noticed)

In case someone doesnt remember, Takaba is the comedian dude that appeared at the end of chapter 146 building him up as a CG participant with apparently the 7:3 radio technique.

I for sure though he was gonna meet with Yuji instead of Megumi, but im fine either way.

I think its just feel kind repetitive since we have just seen very similar thing with Maki. Plus I dont sure it would serve Megumi good service in term of character development.

I believe it is, can't think of any other times when he's killed other people.

Lovely chapter. The Megumi focused chapters continue to be among the best ones in this series

Well, Megumi since the beggining has had a very particular way of thinking regarding life and killing, that clashes with the more altruistics ideals of Yuji. If anything this just emphatizes more that cynical mindset and how far he is willing to go, especially now that he is the one with the biggest stakes right now ( Tsumiki).

The difference with Maki is that she killed because of revenge, following Mais wish. While Megumi is just doing the necesary to save someone dear to him. If anything this was gonna happen sonner or later.

Even Yuji, Nanami e Gojo has killed some people.

Do like the inner 'debate' of some sorts Megumi has in this chapter, as he does note that killing his opponent for points isn't necessary to save Tsukimi. That he needs to trust in the others too. He does it anyway.
